Hey Folks..the WA State Fire Training and Safety Officers Conference is scheduled for Feb 23-27, 2008 in Wenatchee.
I had a great time last year...and would encourage anyone who could go and learn soemthing in any of the tracks to do so, and then bring back to our District.
I want to promote the Technical Rescue part again....the same guys that Brandon Burns and I had instruct the class are teaching again...the Technical Awareness and then an Operations Level Class. I would like to see 3-4 guys (if we can) go to this class and learn to the next level and then we can start really jumping in and working on the Technical Safety Aspect of rescues in our area.
Talk to Chief about going to the Training....it will be Sat the 23 thru Tuesday the 26th.
